"A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Fox Den", by J. Harris Anderson.
To those that have never met John Harris Anderson, he is a charming and exuberant advocate for the sport Riding To Hounds. His daytime job is managing editor to In and Around Horse Country. The rest of the time he splits his time between his two passions – foxhunting and writing about foxhunting. He has published several foxhunting novels, and his latest is a collection of short stories, tall tales, and honest observations that hit the funny bone.
This book would be great if you are looking for a stocking stuffer for fellow foxhunters. Or to clueless relatives who scratch their heads incredulously over the mystery of why in the world would anyone want to work so hard to be able to go out into terrible weather in order to follow a bunch of dogs.
